MAX FILL LARGE GAP FOAM 12OZ

Touch 'n Foam Max Fill Insulating Foam Sealant is a high-expansion polyurethane spray foam designed for filling large gaps, voids, and irregular openings in residential and light commercial construction. It is formulated to expand significantly-up to roughly three times more than standard gap-filling foams-making it especially effective for sealing deeper cavities where conventional low-expansion foams may not fully fill the space.

This product is commonly used to insulate and air-seal larger openings such as rim joists, sill plates, top plates, plumbing and electrical penetrations, and other structural voids where air leakage is more pronounced. Its higher expansion rate allows it to penetrate and conform to irregular or oversized gaps, helping create a more complete thermal and air barrier within wall assemblies and floor systems.
Once applied, the foam expands to fill the cavity and then cures into a rigid, closed-cell insulation material that bonds to common building substrates including wood, OSB, plywood, drywall, masonry, metal, and many plastics. After curing, it resists air infiltration and helps reduce heat loss, improving overall energy efficiency and building performance. It can also be trimmed or shaped after curing for a cleaner finished appearance.

Packaged in a 12-ounce aerosol can, this product is widely used in construction, remodeling, and weatherization work where larger gaps and voids need to be filled efficiently.
